Dominick Cruz Returns At UFC 169 To Face Renan Barao

After a long two year lay off, Dominick Cruz returns to action at UFC 169 when he faces Renan Barao in a UFC Bantamweight unification match.

After being sidelined during filming of The Ultimate Fighter Live with a devastating ACL injury, Cruz makes his long awaited return. His last time in the cage was October 2011 when he successfully defended the UFC Bantamweight title against Demitrious Johnson.

In his absence, Renan Barao has handled all those put in front of him, extending his undefeated streak to 32 fights.

UFC 169 takes place Super Bowl weekend, February 1, 2014, at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
