When BJ Penn and Jon Fitch fought to a draw at UFC 127 in Australia is was expected following the bout that the two would end up back in the cage to settle things and likely crown a new number one contender for the UFC Welterweight Title.

The bout was pegged for UFC 132 this summer but injuries forced the bout to be put a hold.

Penn and Fitch discussed the bout on Twitter this week, tweeting back and forth about a possible bout in October.

Enter UFC match maker Joe Silva, who nixed the bout, telling the two that he wasn't interested in the bout and that the fans didn't want to see it.

Question is, where do Fitch and Penn go from here?
