Bo Jackson On Lesnar Comparing Himself To Him: “I Don’t Even Know Who He Is”

4

When Brock Lesnar compared himself to former multiple-sport athlete Bo Jackson, in terms of being a crossover athlete who can compete at the highest level in both WWE and UFC, many felt it was a fair comparison. Apparently Bo Jackson is not one of these people.

Celebrity-gossip website TMZ.com caught up with the former MLB and NFL star and asked him about Lesnar’s comments about him. Below is an excerpt from the TMZ report:

“I don’t even know who Brock Lesnar is, man,” said Jackson. After having some of Lesnar’s achievements listed to him, he replied, “No clue…I don’t watch that. It’s not on my radar. If I didn’t make money in it, I don’t know nothing about it.”

The MMA world, however, is very aware of who Brock Lesnar is, and many will be watching live when he makes his Octagon return against number-eight ranked UFC heavyweight contender Mark Hunt in the co-main event of the upcoming landmark UFC 200 event in July.

UFC 200 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from the brand new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
