Bobby Lashley Wins MMA Debut With 41-Second TKO Stoppage

–Former WWE Superstar Bobby Lashley was victorious in his mixed martial arts debut at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida last night.

The WrestleMania 23 headliner defeated Joshua Franklin, who was also making his MMA debut, by TKO in 41 seconds of the first round.

Lashley took Franklin down and rained down punches which resulted in Franklin’s forehead getting busted open and thereby forcing the referee to stop the fight.

–Also in action at the MFA event in Miami last night was former UFC Heavyweight champion Ricco Rodriguez and former title-contender Jeff Monson.

The two faced off with Monson winning a decision after three rounds of action.
