Cain Velasquez And Fabricio Werdum To Coach TUF: Latin America; Fight At UFC 180

Cain Velasquez’s next title defense will be against Fabricio Werdum and will take place at UFC 180. Furthermore, it will come after they serve as coaches against each other on The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America. UFC officials announced the news today, with UFC 180 marking the promotion’s debut in Mexico. It event takes place on November 15th in Mexico City, with tickets going on sale at near the end of summer, most likely late August.

The tournament finals from TUF: Latin America will also take place at UFC 180; Dana White also suggested that other big name fights could be added to the card.

TUF: Latin America will film in Las Vegas and begin production the week of May 12th. It will debut on the week of August 18th.
