Cat Zingano Tells Amanda Nunes She’s Coming To UFC 178 To “Break Sh*t”

Cat Zingano has some strong words for her UFC 178 opponent Amanda Nunes.

Earlier this week, Nunes spoke to MMAJunkie.com and talked about Zingano as an afterthought, explaining that her top priority is Ronda Rousey:

“I think for sure, 100 percent, I beat Ronda Rousey after this fight with Cat,” Nunes said. “We wait for these moments. You can show that you’re prepared for the title only if you get these very big opportunities. I’m ready.”

Zingano, who will be fighting for the first time in 18 month after being out with an injury, says Nunes needs to focus on what’s in front of her, not lofty dreams that will never materialize.

UFC 178: Jones vs. Gustafsson 2 takes place on Saturday, September 27th from Las Vegas, Nevada.
