Daniel Puder Announces
Alameda, California Sep 30, 2006 Alameda, California Sep 30, 2006 Undefeated combatants, Daniel Puder and Cung Le will be donating their time to putting on an exhibition to showcase their talent in Mixed Martial Arts Fighting. The action will go off between the bands playing from 12-1pm. All Pro Wrestling (APW), which is a local northern California pro wrestling company, will be supporting the extravaganza by supplying the ring and the wrestlers. Puder and Le will be signing autographs from 1:00-1:30 near the Wine and Roses Limo (With PUDER ON THE SIDE). The TROOPFEST 2006 is the benefit concert with five hours of classic rock music on the hangar deck featuring the Cocktail Monkeys, and Doghouse Riley. Guest stars Chris Jackson of 98.5 KFOX, and Grammy award winning artist Tony Lindsay, will also perform with special acoustic guitar sets by Canadian singer/songwriter Melanie Dekker, and the legendary Greg Kihn.
Aboard the USS Hornet on September 30th from 10 am to 5 pm, the American Red Cross Operation: Care and Comfort program will host TROOPFEST 2006, a benefit concert and festival to raise funds to send holiday packages to US Troops abroad.

TROOPFEST 2006 activities include BBQ lunch, aircraft carrier tours, sponsorship tables, drill team and color guard competitions and a raffle. The TROOPFEST 2006 Raffle Grand prize is a 12-day cruise for two from Holland America Line. Other raffle prizes include an American-made Fender Stratocaster guitar, signed by classic rock artists including Greg Kihn, Steve Miller, George Thorogood, Joe Satriani, and others. Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for teens aged 12-17, $7 for kids aged 5-11, children ages 4 and under are free. A special Military price is available for $10 with valid military I.D.

Showing community support, Daniel Puder has donated some time going into Stanford and San Francisco Hospital facilities, mentoring kids at the CYA (California Youth Authority) in Stockton, while interacting with former 49ers wide receiver JJ Stokes at a fundraiser for the Special Olympics televised by KRON 4.
