Depending On Superbowl, UFC 169 Could Move To Feb. 2nd

With less than desirable weather in the forecast for East Rutherford, NJ this weekend, there is a possibility that the NFL could move the Superbowl, which is scheduled for Sunday February 2nd to Saturday February 1st.

If that were to happen the UFC plans to move UFC 169, which is pegged for Feb. 1st, to Sunday night.

“We’re keeping an eye on what happens with the Super Bowl,” said UFC director of communications Dave Sholler. “If the Super Bowl is moved to Saturday, UFC 169 will move to Sunday. We are closely monitoring the situation.”

Stayed tuned as the weekend draws closer.
