It always raises that question of what do you do with the Jacares and the Rorys of the world? The guys who are huge talents but won't fight for the title. I'm not sure I like them fighting guys as close in contention as Weidman. If Jacare wins, it's a log jam. If Weidman wins, it's not clear you could say he just beat a top 3 or 4 because Jacare won't fight up the ladder. Tough situation.

I think that's the UFC's plan. Lombard is exciting, was on a title path from his signing, and is a terrible matchup for Okami. Okami loses in the standup to guys like Buddy Roberts; while Lombard's grabbling and speed are top notch. I think he'll KO Okami and get the title shot.
