This should be a good matchup. However, this isn't Jujitsu, and I think Phills top game/TDD will be able to nullify Vinny. The true deciding factor of this fight will be the striking. If Vinny throws caution of the takedown out the door and let's loose, then he could pull this off. He needs to be so confident in his BJJ that he he won't even care about getting takedown; just go in there with a purely offensive gameplan.
