What is Weidman so afraid of by taking one fight before getting a shot? Wasn't he scheduled to fight Tim and not Anderson? So he has a fight scheduled with Tim and he gets injured and somehow that injury translates into he should get a title shot when he gets back?
Is Chris just afraid he can't beat Vitor or Luke? He just comes off as a spoiled brat to me. Like he deserves some type of special treatment. This isn't the Chris Weidman show, it's the UFC and the UFC is there to make money. Chris doesn't have a name, most common fans have no idea who he is. But if he beat a Vitor, everyone would know who he is. If he gets a fight with Anderson and loses before beating someone like Vitor, it's gonna be the same shit people complain about some of Anderson's previous fights with Maia (ironically, one of the guys that some how makes Chris legit).
Anderson is in a lose lose situation on this. I'd hate to see someone get a title shot from fucking crying about it. At least talk some good shit.
