I see a few peopel saying bendo won that the fight. i havent watched pettis/bendo the fight since it happened. my recollection of the fight was pettis starting slow and getting stronger as the fight went on. I dont recall bendo close to finishing pettis but do recall pettis almost finishing twice and peopel commenting on bendos aiblity to not be knocked out or submitted. Bendo had a perfect rythem then pettis stole it and ran away with it. just my two cents on that.

As for Pettis choosing an opponent better suited to him and taking the easy way out. I think thats total bull. He cant afford to wait for title shot like some people. the kid is confident with good reason. he has beaaaten the champion before and the champion (in my recolection) has not demanded a rematch like a champion should..instead taken whats given to him. I believe Hendo was afraid to push a rematch...or else as champion he would have requested one after he beat diaz and pettis beat lauzon. that would of made sense to me. instead we see a strong wrestle beating another diaz....again. OH and we get to see his wrestle again agaist melendez.

I believe Pettis will go down and beat aldo....come back and beat hendo holding both titles simultaenously. yes its a bold prediction.....backing up a BOLD kid with skills to back up everything he says. my two cents.
