Was that Dan's last fight on his contract? The UFC knew Dan was a draw, and coming off one of the best KO's ever, it seems odd that they didnt re-sign him... Dana simply said he got offered more and went to SF... Maybe that actually played into the equation, and not just Anderson ducking him, as you say.
