The guy refused to talk about it then addressed it in his book by minimizing and playing like he didn't understand:

Bullshit. No one who obtains their Real Estate license doesn't understand that writing FAKE HOME UPGRADES to a mortgage deal USING THEIR OWN FAMILY for the company completing the work is illegal. He lied about his TUE and continues the charade to date.

How many times has he tapped and then tried to say he didn't? Is that not a pattern of behavior that deserves scrutiny?

No, I'm not guilty of the things that he is and I will not simply forget and give him a "second chance." He's morally bankrupt and has shown a pattern of disregard for both the rules of his sport and the law.
