I typically use
http://zewkey.com/index.htm for the odds. They list the odds from multiple sites and then I just pick the best looking odds; for exaple these ones are from betcris.com
As for the Stanley cup and whatnot. They are fine as long as it is the major events (Superbowl, Stanley Cup, etc). Just remind me close to the event (a few weeks out) and I'll get the odds for it and make an event. Same goes for MMA events that I don't have listed (typically I only do the big fights though, I don't want too much to keep up with)

I'm actually working on this but first I have to wait for the head of the site to give me the proper admin permissions. Once I have that I'll see what all I can do with the setup.
