Vitor wasn't in that fight completely ever since what happned to his sister he's never been that into fights.Vitor was dominating Tito untill he gassed and that fight still could've went either way on the score cards.(I agree with the descion though)He beat Tanner a guy who should've been fighting at 185 and never gave him a rematch. His manager was Dana White when he was champ and he never fought the TOP competition.He fought some good fighters ,but never the best at the time.Wtf did Elvis Sinocic do to get a title shot?
