To speed up your weight loss stop eating oats, pasta, cereal...basically anything that your body will turn into glycogen readily. You seem like you know how to eat/train if you 've lost 55 pounds in 4 monhts before so you probably already know this. You could also try to do an hour of cardio right when you get up in the morning, you'll definitely drop weight quickly since your body will be forced to burn fat for energy and give your metabolism a nice jump start each day. good luck

p.s. don't eat any of that DQ food, but I think that goes without saying
