i know this is a thread regarding Rashad, but since Forrest was mentioned...Forrest is way overrated! i think the only reason everyone likes Forrest so much is well, how could you not? he has a great character, which is good for the sport. plus he shows great showmanship in his fights, always giving the proper praises to his opponents. but yes his punching power may be good, but nowhere near a Liddell or a Vitor. And his ground game is not the best either. Rashad would probably eat him up on the ground. He is toast when it comes to a guy with good GNP. had Tito not been hurt, that fight would have not gone to a decision!
