Thanks strife. I appreciate your help. I am not loking at running a marathon. I really do hate to run. The most I would like to run is 2 miles in 15 minutes or a 5K race. I did go from the start of the semester running a mile in 11:37 to about 8:30. I don't know why that guy replies to my post as SPAM. I have not worked out at the place so I can no comment if it is good or bad. I am just trying to get under 20% body fat before the end of summer. I will keep walking/jogging to do it. I will give your advice some thought. Thanks again.
