| | Full workout regimen needed
Im 15, 6'0, 165 lb. I have been running/jogging about 25-30 minutes a day and do about 300-500 situps and a few pushups. I recently stopped because of spring break and could find time. 2 weeks before spring break I had the flu and couldnt work out. I noticed that when I finally started training again today I had lost alot of stamina. I need full workout plans and diet plans to make me in healty shape by mid June. Any suggestions? Also if you have any recipes tell me please.
