You shouldn't nit pick and scrutinize every thing Sylvia says.He didn't say that fedor wouldn't hit him he said hopefully Fedor wouldn't hit him.That's in a way Tim giving respect to Fedor saying that he wouldn't want to get hit by him and him saying AA was a bully was referring to the way AA fights.Which is somewhat true he does come out like a bully aggressively.
