"UFC Poses No Long Term Threat to Boxing"
The sad thing is, the title of your article may very well be true - not that UFC (or the sport of MMA) only has an agenda of taking over boxing. But the actual title isn't out-right false. Unfortunately, that's about the only thing in your article that isn't out-right wrong. Typical boxing writer worried about the new "cool" sport taking over Vegas thinking only how this effects your beloved sport and using a bunch of cute little analogies and jokes to support the claim. The sad thing is, 99% of your little jokes were really just making you out to look like a joke because damn near nothing you said made a single bit of sense to anyone who knows any better. Again - typical boxing writer not doing 5 minutes of research before spouting off at the mouth. One day you guys will learn.
For the record, a great deal of MMA fans love boxing also. I'm one of them. So I hope, and I'm quite sure, both will survive and continue to be the best combat sports in the world. Unfortunately for boxing enthusiasts, you have this mentality that there's only room for one and almost this fear of MMA's growing popularity. It's not going to hurt your precious boxing. Your sport is in as bad a shape as it can be in, so I understand a new sport in the combat field would worry you some, but I'm begging someone who writes negatively about MMA to do some research. There's enough shit out there where you could really make valid points, but like everyone else you stick to the blind-bashing.
Again, one day you guys will learn.

That was my email to them. I didn't bother getting specific because I'm not in the mood to do the guys work for him, but I felt obligated to let him know what an idiot he sounded like. Enough people sent him feedback where I'm sure he'll figure out for himself what he said was stupid and why.
