The point is Horn is primarily a submission fighter winning something like 50 fights by sub, so that's his strongest asset in the ring.
Liddle is well known as one of the best stand up fighters in the game. Horn said that he wasn't looking to take the fight to the ground & wanted to stand with Chuck. In anyones mind that's gotta be a dumb strategy.
