I'm a bit surprised nobody mentioned the first fight between Couture and Rizzo. That fight had about everything, with both fighters having their own rounds to impose their will on the other in their own style.
I loved Parisyan/Diaz, by the way, I always like those entertaining holds-trading grappling wars. Grove/Herman too.
I'm afraid I can't speak too much about any Pride fights, because I haven't seen too many, but I wouldn't say Fedor/Crocop, a Pride fight I have seen. Fedor was in near complete control of that fight. I think Fedor/Fujita was a better fight, if not anywhere near as important or long.
