Stanozolol is horrible for joints, it actually dries out the body. If the doctor had wanted to prescribe anabolice to help with joints and healing he would have gone with a nandrolone based steriod like Deca-Durabolin. Bodybuilders use stanozolol to harden up and lose weight without sacrificing muscle when they are cutting.
I can see why Tim Sylvia would use it - to get under 270 and to lose some flab. Kimo is at best a has-been, in my book a never has been. I think he is making excuses so that he doesn't have to pay back the front money to the WFA for taking the fight.

i think that shamrock might be getting perscribed some. alot of the older guys at my gym get them from anti-aging clinics
