Given that he hasnt fought much in the last 5 years but im sure he has stayed in shape and has been doing alot of teaching and training. Im mean im not saying he could step right in and fight Rich right now but give him a few more warm up fights, and I defiently think he could give Rich a run for his money. Although its highly unlikely, I for one would love to Frank back in the UFC and im pretty sure im not he only one. absolutely. frank shamrock is still one of my all time faves and shows no sign of not being able to hang nowadays. not being as dominant is a diff story, but he can def hang still
