Woah, thanks man. I was being facetious saying I was looking for more indepth stuff, but this is great I appreciate it.
I'm trying to go with 40/30/30 Carb/Prot/Fat calorie ratio. I've been taking fish oil for a while now -as well as eating at least one salmon packet/day- just added in coconut oil-not bad mixed in with oatmeal-, and try to get some flax in there to keep things interesting.
Also is there somewhere you get coconut oil cheap? I bought some from GNC the other day, kinda pricey, but I wanted to start on it now and didn't have time to order/scout around for some.
