AA was always a counter-puncher though, and when you've lost as many fights as AA has due to being over-aggressive wouldnt you fight a little smarter? IMO if AA woulda came out there throwin power punches, Werdum would of slipped a punch and taken him down, and AA would not of lasted long vs Werdum on the ground.. AA had to do his best to keep the fight standing, hes a counter-puncher style, he fought to beat Werdum IMO.. fighting not to lose IMO is if AA would of hurt Werdum and then stepped back but he didnt do that, he stayed on Werdum when he hurt him.
