2-3 eggs, 2 pieces of lean ham, 1/2 a multigrain bagel, half an orange OR 1 large protein and berry shake OR 3-5 pieces smoked salmon, 1/2 multigrain bagel, small apple
11:00am Medium-large Chicken Salad,
apple, 10 almonds, Water
13:30pm
500ml yogurt (plain), mix in some banna slices and some cinnamon, Water
15-16:30pm normally more fruit,
, tuna sanwhich, Water
19:00pm Vegi Soup,
some sliced beef or chciekn on the side
