I don't think he's overlooking him, especially now that the Silva fight is canned. He probably sees Babalu as a bigger threat than Tito so that's no distraction either. Chuck will be ready i'm sure, i just don't know if he'll be as ready as Babalu, this will be good and it's only about 3 days away!
