This includes BOTH sleep and letting your muscles recover properly (no fucking pushups unless you're doing them during a workout!).

Thanks for the tips, yeah the sleep maybe a factor, I only get around 5-6 hours per day, 7 if I am lucky. What is an ideal amount of hours of sleep I shuold try to get?
