I generally agree. I do think they let some of the fights go on too long after a knock out. Take a look at Igor Vovchanchyn's fight with Francisco Bueno at PRIDE 8. Igor was teeing off on Bueno for a good 5 or 6 punches while the guy was clearly out on his feet.
