Do what?!

What ever you do, do not listen to this guy. There are fighter's that had never trained in any martial art untill they were already in their late 20's and did very well in MMA.

Bas Rutten is just one example.

It is true that having a background in some form since you were very young is always better but to say that someone will probably not be any good and be just a stepping stone because they are 22!? Come on!
