Be very careful with what you do now as it will affect you later.

I'm 37 and wrestled, fought did karate and now I'm banged up for my sins. Knee pain, back soreness etc. but I still try to do what I can, knowing I have some limitations. Keep in mind that the more you bulk up the more you have to carry around and maintain. You could wind up having additional pains in other places.

And for the record, I think I can kick Noob's arse and steal his Yu-gi-oh cards as I at Dork's oatmeal cookies, wearing Val's diaper.
