He said he was training real hard getting Rashad ready for his fight, and also he kind of had a premonition or a feeling that he would get a chance to fight on the 29th. He said he was working on his weaknesses (wrestling, and boxing) and now hes focusing on increasing his cardio and changed up his diet. At least thats what he said on Sherdog radio today during an interview.
