I'm sorry, but no BJJ school is giving out Black belts in a year, not even two. If you have a black belt in BJJ it's going to be longer than 4 years to get (BJ Penn being one of the fastest BJJ black belts at 4 years). The knowledge base there is incredible, Ken Flo would have the grappling knowledge to coach but I think that's pretty much it.
