My theory is that part of the reason PRIDE appeared to be so much better is because of the rules and the ora that PRIDE has as, basically being Vale Tudo with tiny gloves (with a few exceptions). Now that the majority of PRIDE fighters are coming into the UFC and stinking up the joint, you know that unfamiliarity with the cage and the UFC in general has SOMETHING to do with it. But that cannot be everything. PRIDE fighters are generally overrated. Put that back in a ring with less rules (except the elbows) and judge the fights on finishing the fight and not a point system like boxing, give yellow cards, they would be beating the fuck out of eachother.

remember ufc guys came over to pride and got their arses kicked as well....maybe or possibly its the change in arena and atmosphere...it could also be their rules.Id say Liddell and wand can beat each other in their respective arena.
