People forget who Roy was fighting. A fighter that hadn't won a fight or a round of boxing since 2004. A fighter that was much smaller than Roy and whose prime weight is 147 and 154. Not 160. And certainly not 170. Am I the only one that noticed how much smaller Tito was than Roy? Don't feed me the day before weigh-ins results, Roy was huge next to Tito.

Save for a knockdown that had no lasting effects, Roy didn't hurt Tito. He didn't damage him, brutalize him, or even leave a mark on him. Any other top 5 MW, SMW, or LHW would have blasted Tito out and embarrassed him. Watch the Winky vs. Tito, now that is truly toying with a fighter.

I don't think Roy would stand a chance against a Jr. Middleweight Winky. Winky would make Jones look ordinary by neutralizing his speed. Hopkins and Calzaghe are both fundamental, cerebral boxers who would completely outbox Jones. Calzaghe would close the show on him too. Him fighting either one of those two interests me zero.
