I agree the price is rediculous and I never saw a damn thing from it I would recommend as a stack the BSN stack I use it NO xplode, Axis HT,Syntha six, cell mass. I use these daily and actually have great results. The NO will push you to work out harder than ever you should cycle off it I do 1 month on 2 to 3 weeks off. I always stay on the syntha and I prefer the vanilla myself, Cell mass is great for rebuilding your ripped up muscles it helps in rebuilding and repairing it makes recovery time almost nothing. I can;t tell you enough do not overtrain. If you go in and you feel weak then go light that day, because if you push it you could actually make your muscles shrink instead of build. Also rest at least 1 to 2 days a week. Cardio is important and so is a clean diet. Protein which is in the syntha is a must. Fish oil and shark cartlidge for your joints.
