I meant in terms of grams. Fish oil capsules usually just have one gram in them. If you're trying to gain muscle and you want a protein/fat meal, you're looking for more like 20 grams of fat. You'd probably want a good 5 fish oil caps for a meal, along with peanut butter or something. when I have fish oil I usually go through like 10 a day.
Just taking 1 fish oil cap a day isn't so great for actual athletics, IMO.
