This is the first time Ive posted on this particular forum, but I was wondering if anyone else knows about this site
Submissions 101 : Got Jiu Jitsu?. I found it a coupla months ago and thought it was really cool. All the videos on it are free. Just wondering if anybody else has been there and what they thought of it.
