I think if the UFC allowed the fighters to still have their sponsors, then they would be willing to do it. And besides the $$ issue, most of these guys know that they need a lot of luck to suddenly become the #1 guy. We can debate all we want who is next in line for a title shot, but if there was a small tournament like TUF then there would be little doubt as to who it is.
