Greens.
So I started taking greens in my morning shakes two weeks ago and I felt the difference right away. If you're active and doing any grueling training that takes a heavy toll on you. I highly recommend them. They cut down the effects of lactic acid and give you some extra time and energy for the day's training. There is no weird side effects except for that fact that you'll be pretty gassy the first day or two.... and you might crap thunder. Either way it's worth it to be able to log more time working.
