I wonder why the author didn't give a link to the actual contract. Where did he get his information? It seems like he has a copy of the contract and he is interpreting it for us and giving us the highlights, but I wonder where he got it. The details sound shitty (for sure), but it is a bit 2nd hand, so I have at least a small amount of skepticism.
