There’s a couple things. I would like to see knees and foot stomps allowed on the ground and I would like to see all the judges go to classes and get certified and have to re-certify every year. Just like fighters have to apply for licenses. I think judges have to take classes and know more about MMA. You can’t just have boxing refs judge doing MMA. It’s not working and fighters are getting screwed because of it.

Easily the most intelligent thing I've ever heard from Tim Silvia and I completely agree. On the other hand, shitty judging might push fighters a little harder to try and finish the fight.

I have a haunting feeling that Tim's gonna be the guy to beat Fedor. I would agree that Tim is top 5. I hate his guts cause I'm an AA fan but he's definately top 5. 5 of Tim's last 6 fights have either been for or defending the HW title. I don't like the guy but come on! Give him his dues.
