The NFL suffered this problem several years ago (especially with Andro being in some suppliments) and those guys have professional on-staff doctors they can go to... some $2K per fight guy is going to have a hard time keeping up with this stuff.
The commissions or the UFC should hire a dr/nutritionist to certify suppliments.
