I remember watching those old school UFC back then and I recently watch (well, a few months ago) UFC 1-4 on DVD. You can definitely see how the sport has evolved and how many rules have been applied. It was really anybodies match back them, with no rules and all.
As much as it was pretty exciting, I think today's UFC is much more competitive and more interesting. Maybe for the 100th show they should have a tournament for old time sakes.
