I don't know that Cyborg is actually bigger than Gina. I think they're pretty much the same height, with Gina carrying more natural weight, specifically in her legs.

I don't have any guage for their strength or power either, but it took Cyborg several direct shots to stop a gassed grappler with her mouth open, and even then she didn't KO her.
I'd say Gina has the edge in kicks and I'd
guess she has the edge in power.
I think the fight happens...not next, but with one more fight each for build up.
