Obviously, his past status can't have been an issue as he was a staff member, be it a different form than a mod, he was still given a special status when this behavior was known. This means it was accepted for it was.
So Dork's actions, breaking rules as an admin is acceptable? These actions aren't deemed as bad, because they were "admin rules"? I don't want to get into specifics but I think Dork's violations were much worse than anything Palma ever did. So Palma doesn't get the chance to earn his way back in at all?
More & more it sounds like the rules are made to be tailored to support the individual need of the situation at hand rather than being standard uniform protocols.
