Some of the posts I've read here have actually helped answer my questions. Applying some basic mathematical estimation and a few things I've seen I can assume Most 205ers walk around at about 220, some guys drop a massive amount of weight. Judging from Overeem's size and gas issues I'm assuming he was one of them. So I'll go with 230-240 as an estimation.

Some Hws, who aren't at coming in at 265, cut an average of 10-15 lbs anyways during training. So his weighing in at 224lbs against Buentello would probably mean he was 235-240 and only cut the ten if anything at all. So still in the walking weight region I had guessed.

According to the weigh-in results this was the difference: Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic (225.9) vs. Alistair Overeem (241.8). Assuming he gained 20 lbs in shear muscle mass, he'd be cutting from 250-260, again if cutting at all.

I just gave a new meaning to MMAth

(DREAM.6 Weigh-In Results)

Honestly, I managed to gain 20 lbs of muscle of muscle in 3 months once. So I guess it would make sense that over the span of a year Overeem can put on so much weight.

I hadn't really thought about the difference from Overeem at 205 to now until Bas got in my head. I haven't really seen him gas so I think it must've been weighty issues that affected his tank before.
